• Clients are responsible for paying any USCIS filing fees, which are not included in attorney fees

• Postage, copies, and basic administrative costs are included

• Representation is available nationwide for USCIS cases

• Each case is unique — I will explain your options and costs clearly during your consultation

At this time, I do not offer services for:

• Immigration court (removal or deportation defense)

• Asylum or humanitarian visas (U visa, T visa, VAWA, etc.)

• Cases requiring pardons

• Criminal defense or state court matters

• Appeals or motions to reopen
