I offer consulting, speaking, and project-based support on immigration-related issues for organizations, institutions, and initiatives. My work focuses on systems, policy, strategy, and education—not individual legal representation. Because immigration law is federal, I work with organizations across the United States and am not limited to Minnesota-based projects. At this time, I am not accepting individual immigration cases.

Immigration Consulting for Organizations

I provide immigration-focused consulting to nonprofits, advocacy groups, schools, local governments, funders, and community-based organizations nationwide. This work supports organizations as they design, assess, or strengthen programs that impact immigrant communities.

Services may include:

• Immigration law and policy analysis as it relates to organizational programs and systems

• Advising on immigration considerations affecting education, workforce, housing, and family stability

• Supporting leadership teams in navigating immigration-related challenges at the organizational or systems level

• Guidance on ethical, trauma-informed approaches to serving undocumented and mixed-status communities

All consulting is provided to organizations and institutions and does not involve advising individuals.

Strategic Support for Immigrant-Serving Initiatives

I work with organizations engaged in immigrant justice and related fields to provide strategic, project-based support. This may include:

• Strategic planning for immigration-related initiatives

• Program design, refinement, or evaluation

• Coalition-building and partnership development

• Thought partnership for leaders working at the intersection of immigration, equity, and access

This work is collaborative and tailored to organizational goals and capacity.

Speaking & Facilitated Conversations

I am available for speaking engagements and facilitated conversations for professional audiences, organizations, and institutions across the country. These engagements are designed to foster reflection, dialogue, and deeper understanding of immigration issues through lived experience, policy context, and systems analysis.

Topics may include:

• Lived experience navigating the U.S. immigration system

• DACA and undocumented leadership

• Barriers to access within immigration law and policy

• Immigration at the intersection of education, opportunity, and equity

Speaking engagements are informational and reflective in nature and do not include legal training or legal advice.

Writing, Research & Content Development

I offer writing, research, and content support for organizations working on immigration-related issues, including:

• Research and analysis on immigration law and policy trends

• Writing or editing reports, briefs, toolkits, and public-facing resources

• Plain-language review of materials to improve accessibility and clarity

• Support developing accurate, community-centered immigration content

All materials are educational and informational and are not a substitute for legal advice.

Systems Support Related to Return & Repatriation

I also work with organizations and institutions thinking about return to countries of origin, including voluntary return, repatriation, and reintegration efforts. This work focuses on systems, policy, and program design, not individual decision-making.

This may include:

• Advising organizations developing programs that support individuals and families returning to their countries of origin

• Analyzing legal, social, and policy considerations that affect return and reintegration

• Supporting cross-border or transnational initiatives focused on dignity, safety, and long-term stability

• Helping organizations identify ethical frameworks and best practices for return-related work

This work does not involve advising individuals on whether to return or providing individualized legal guidance.

Limited Project-Based Legal Research & Analysis

I provide discrete, short-term project support related to immigration law, including:

• Legal landscape summaries

• Issue-specific research memoranda

• Resource mapping and systems analysis

• Support for organizations designing immigration-related programs
