For Individuals: BIA Appeals

Limited-scope representation for appeals of immigration judge decisions to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) — document-based appellate work: reviewing the decision and the record and preparing the appeal and briefing. BIA appeals only; not general immigration help.

Deadlines are strict — generally 30 days from the immigration judge's decision — and are not preserved by contacting me or submitting a form. If yours is near, seek counsel right away.

Speaking, facilitated conversations, and project-based support — strategic planning, program design and evaluation, coalition-building, research, and content development — for nonprofits, schools, funders, local governments, and community organizations. This work is provided to organizations and institutions; it does not involve advising individuals.
