I work with nonprofits, advocacy groups, schools, local governments, funders, and community-based organizations. This work is provided to organizations and institutions — it does not involve advising individuals.
Keynotes, panels, and facilitated conversations for professional and organizational audiences, drawing on lived experience, policy context, and systems analysis. Topics include lived experience navigating the U.S. immigration system; DACA and undocumented leadership; barriers within immigration law and policy; and immigration at the intersection of education, opportunity, and equity. These engagements are informational and reflective and do not include legal training or legal advice.
Project-based support for immigrant-serving initiatives: strategic planning, program design and evaluation, coalition-building, and research, writing, and content development — reports, briefs, toolkits, and plain-language resources. This also includes systems-level work on return, repatriation, and reintegration for organizations designing programs in that space. The work is collaborative and tailored to organizational goals; it supports systems and programs, not individual decision-making.
